At Vaughn Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on more than 70 years of experience in the tool & die industry. We began operation in 1930 in the same location we occupy today. Over the years we have continued to grow. Today we enjoy a position of leadership in the Southeast.

We customize our engineering design, planning and production of all types of metal stamping dies to meet the needs and specifications of our customers. We are involved with most projects from the outset, assisting our customers in developing complete, cost effective programs. We want to provide our customers with ideas that will work in order to save time and money. Our complete design facilities allow us to combine our knowledge and experience to engineer fully dimensioned and detailed designs. Our 40,000 square foot climate controlled plant can handle dies up to 20,000 pounds. Our equipment includes the latest in WEDM technology and largest capacity in the region. We operate 3 full time shifts year round: weekday, night and weekend. Every die is tested in one of our tryout presses. Finished parts are thoroughly checked for specifications and quality by our CMM. All parts are then sent to the customer for approval before shipment.
